SHIPPING POLICY
All orders placed during our regular business hours (Mon. – Fri., 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. cst) are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving an order. Items that are out of stock may take longer, however you will be notified if a delay is expected or if your order has been cancelled for other reasons. Back-ordered items and pre-orders will ship as soon as they are in stock. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipping confirmation via the email address you used when placing your order or setting up your account. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We do not accept mail-order requests. All orders are shipped within 5-7 business days of receiving an order.
Shipping costs for each order will be calculated during checkout and will vary depending on the weight of your total order. All shipping costs are based on the method of shipping available in your area. Prices shown are in U.S. dollars. Majesty One Christian Tees only accepts payments in U.S. dollars.
SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES
Orders cannot be ship to P.O. Boxes. A physical address is required.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or Priority Mail International. Shipments are usually delivered within 2-3 weeks of receiving an order.
When placing an order with Majesty One Christian Tees for International Shipping, you are solely responsible for assuring the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country. The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the recipient’s country. The recipient is also responsible for any additional customs clearance charges as Majesty One has no control over these charges and in no way can predict what these charges may be. If you have any questions regarding your countries customs policies we encourage you to contact your local customs office for more information.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Returns and Exchanges are accepted on items that are unworn, in new condition and in its original packaging with all tags attached. You may exchange or return merchandise within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Majesty One Christian Tees does not refund shipping cost unless the return is a result of our error. The customer is responsible for shipping the item(s) back. All refunds will be credited back to your account within 5-7 Business days.
RETURNS: Please ship all returns to P.O. Box 998, Forney, TX 75126. Once we receive the original item(s) in the condition described above, we will issue a refund for that item(s) minus the cost of shipping within 5-7 business days if the order is a result of our error .
EXCHANGES: Please ship all exchanges to P.O. Box 998, Forney, TX 75126. Once we receive the original item(s) that you would like to exchange in the condition described above, we will ship the exchanged item(s) within 7-10 business days of receipt.
